How to Enter
Fleet members have two entry methods to choose from:
- Make any qualifying Commercial Fuel Purchase (Diesel, CNG, or Dispensed DEF) using your registered Kwik Rewards Fleet card in the month of September (1 purchase = 1 entry).
- Enter by mail: Send a handwritten (3.5″ x 6″) paper to Truck Driver Appreciation Sweeps – Marketing, PO Box 1477, 1626 Oak St, La Crosse, WI 54603 with the following information:
- Kwik Rewards Fleet card number
- First & last name
- Phone number
- Birth date
- Mailing address (Street, city, state, and postal code)
