This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted on the following website throughout the Sweepstakes Period: http://www.kwiktrip.com/sweepstakes.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
ELIGIBILITY:

To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants: (i) must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (ii) must be a legal resident of the U.S., residing in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wisconsin, (iii) must not be considered a minor or legally incompetent in your state of residence, (iv) and must be a registered Kwik Rewards member. The Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, their respective subsidiaries, licensees, and agencies and those of any other company involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes for a chance to win any prizes. Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten or alter the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion. Sweepstakes entry method systems will be the official timekeeping devices. The Sweepstakes starts June 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 A.M. Central Time (“CT”) and ends August 16, 2026, at 11:59:59 P.M. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Unless otherwise specified, all entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.
There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
- Make a Qualified Purchase at a Kwik Trip, Inc. location: During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase a “Qualified Product” (defined below) at a Kwik Trip, Inc. owned store location using a registered Kwik Rewards account, and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per eligible item purchased. All Qualified Products may not be available at all Kwik Trip, Inc. store locations. Earn two (2) Bonus Scratch entrys by purchasing a Pepsi Inc. item above with. There are three (3) ways to apply your Kwik Rewards account to the purchase: (i) swiping a registered Kwik Rewards card, (ii) scanning your Kwik Rewards in-app barcode, or (iii) entering an alternate ID (phone number) connected to your registered account) on a pin pad. You will receive one (1) bonus Scratch Entry for an Instant Win Game play per Qualified Product purchased up to five (5) per day. You will receive two (2) bonus Scratch Entries for an Instant Win Game play per 20 oz Mountain Dew products (Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, Sugar Free Mountain Dew, etc.) and a 6 Pack of Mountain Dew Dunkers purchased up to five (5) per day.
Sweepstakes Opt-Out: If you wish to make a Qualified Product purchase using your registered Kwik Rewards account without being entered into the Sweepstakes, you may hand print your name, include your date of birth, phone number, zip code and email address associated with your Kwik Rewards account on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Mountain Dew Kwik Climb 2026– OPT OUT,” c/o Marketing, 1626 Oak St P.O. Box 1477, La Crosse, WI 54602. Your Opt-Out request will be applied to the drawing(s) after receipt. Your opt-out must be postmarked by August 11, 2026, and received by August 17, 2026 in order for your entries to be removed from the drawing(s).
- Kwik Rewards Points: Spend Kwik Rewards Points on Sweepstakes entries within a registered Kwik Rewards account. During the Sweepstakes Period, log into your Kwik Rewards account via kwikrewards.com or the Kwik Rewards account mobile app on iOS or Android, navigate to the Sweepstakes section and follow the on‑screen Mountain Dew Kwik Climb screens to exchange your Kwik Rewards. Visit points or Kwik Rewards Fleet points for bonus Scratch Entries. You will receive one (1) bonus Scratch entry per one (1) visit exchanged and/or per ten (10) Kwik Rewards Fleet points exchanged. Each bonus qualified purchase is valid for one (1) Instant Win Game play. You may exchange visits or Kwik Rewards Fleet points for up to five (5) bonus Scratch Entries per day of the Promotion Period. Visits and Kwik Rewards Fleet points exchanged on bonus Scratch Entry’s will be deducted from your account balance(s) and not returned.

Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects relating to both the Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes of the Promotion including selection of all potential winners. RANDOM DRAWING:

The random drawing will be conducted on or around dates listed in DRAWING PERIOD TABLE above.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize and provide the Sweepstakes Documents within three (3) days from the time award notification was sent (or seven (7) days in the case of a mail notification), or fails to return fully completed and executed Sweepstakes Documents as required, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
