Fleet members have two entry methods to choose from:

• Enter by mail: Send a handwritten (3.5″ x 6″) paper to Truck Driver Appreciation Sweeps – Marketing, PO Box 1477, 1626 Oak St, La Crosse, WI 54603 with the following information:
  • Kwik Rewards Fleet card number
  • First & last name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Birth date
  • Mailing address (Street, city, state, and postal code)
