We’re bringing back one of the most beloved Kwik Trip treats ever to celebrate our 60th anniversary– because honestly, it just wouldn’t feel right without it. If you remember the first time you had one of these chocolate-loaded cookies, you know the deal. If you’ve never had one… trust us, it’s time.

Introduced on the original Hot Spot menu in 2003, Chunka Lunka Cookies are soft, rich, and packed with chocolate chunks that melt into a gooey masterpiece. The kind of cookie that brings you back to a quick stop that turned into your favorite break of the day. And where did the idea of cookies on the Hot Spot start? The man, the myth, the legend: Don Zietlow.

So we figured, what better way to celebrate 60 years of serving our communities than bringing back something that made people smile from the first bite?
