Eligibility:

Heartland by Nature’s Touch Golden Scoop Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin who are at least 18 years old and a registered Kwik Rewards member at the time of prize claim. Becoming a Kwik Rewards member is free but is subject to the Kwik Rewards Terms and Conditions. To join Kwik Rewards, go to the Kwik Rewards site and complete the registration. Alternatively, you may download the Kwik Rewards or Kwik Rewards Fleet app (collectively, the “App”) for free via the Apple app store or Google Play Store on an iOS 15.0 or later or Android 7.0 or above mobile phone and register for the Rewards program for free within the App. Note: If you use your mobile device to download the App, register for Kwik Rewards or redeem a prize, standard data rates may apply and are each entrant’s sole responsibility. Employees of Kwik Trip, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Merkle Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Agreement to Official Rules; Entrants Will Be Disqualified for Violations:

Participation constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (“Official Rules”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside of Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and where prohibited. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules as posted on the Promotion Site shall prevail, govern and control.

Entrants are prohibited from attempting to obtain more than 1 prize per household through any of the following means: using multiple Kwik Rewards accounts, email addresses, or identities; using third-party artificial intelligence sites or applications; or using robotic, automated, or programmed methods.

Violation of these requirements or any other aspect of these Official Rules will void all prize claims of the person(s) responsible for such action and result in their disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor:

Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by Kwik Trip, Inc., 1626 Oak St, La Crosse, WI 54602 (the “Sponsor” or “Kwik Trip”).

Timing:

The Sweepstakes begins on May 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on June 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”). Winning prize Codes (defined below) must be redeemed by July 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for prize redemption.

How to Enter:

There are 2 ways to enter:

Method 1 – Purchase a Pint of Heartland by Nature’s Touch Ice Cream at a participating Kwik Trip location:

During the Promotion Period, visit any Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, Stop-n-Go, Tobacco Outlet Plus, or Tobacco Outlet Plus Grocery location (each, a “Kwik Trip”) and purchase 1 or more pints of Heartland by Nature’s Touch brand ice cream, any flavor, (each, a “Pint”). Winning Pints will contain a food-safe bag inside holding a “Token” printed with a unique “Code” and prize claim instructions.

Method 2 – Mail In for a Chance to Win:

To enter without purchase, you must be a Kwik Rewards member. Kwik Rewards memberships are free but subject to the Kwik Rewards Terms and Conditions. See the Eligibility section above for how to create a Kwik Rewards account. Next, you must submit an entry request by mail. To do so,

Print your name, address, date of birth, and the phone number and email address associated with your Kwik Rewards membership on a piece of paper;
Self-address and stamp with proper postage a #10 size envelope;
Mail both items in a single envelope with proper postage to “Kwik Trip Golden Scoop Giveaway,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5013, Department 869024, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5013.
All mail-in entry requests must be sent/postmarked by June 15, 2026 and received by June 22, 2026.
Limit: 1 entry request per envelope.

For each valid mail in request received, you will receive 1 “Card” by return mail, indicating whether you are a winner. Winning Cards will include a Code and prize redemption instructions. All entry requests become the exclusive property of Sponsor. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entry requests or return envelopes, which will be disqualified.

For all Entrants:

All potential winners must complete the prize claim process and are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. See the Verification of Winners and Prize Redemption section below for instructions on how to claim a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Tokens, Cards or Codes, each of which will be disqualified.

Winner Selection, Odds, Verification of Potential Winners and Prize Redemption:

Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

Winner Selection and Odds of Winning:

There will be 24 prizes randomly distributed amongst the 365,000 Pints available during the Promotion Period and the 2,000 Cards available for mail-in entrants. The odds of winning are1 in 15,292.

Verification of Potential Winners:

All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if a Token, Card or Code should so indicate, unless and until entrant has submitted the required Code and all other information required for redemption as set forth below, entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept photos, copies or other evidence of winning in lieu of its verification process.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Kwik Rewards account. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor and Administrator will rely on the information submitted by the entrant to enroll in Kwik Rewards. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information provided at enrollment into Kwik Rewards the Sponsor and/or Administrator may disqualify such entrant and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from entrant to show proof of entrant’s identity.

Prize Redemption:

If you received a winning Token or Card, you must complete the following claim process by sending the following information by email to goldenscoop@kwiktrip.com no later than July 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT:

Your first and last name;
The email address and phone number associated with your Kwik Rewards account;
Your mailing address;
The unique Code printed on your winning Token/Card;
A photo of the winning Token/Card; and
How you entered: by purchasing ice cream or by mail. If you entered by purchasing ice cream, you must also include the Kwik Trip location of your purchase and the ice cream flavor purchased.
- Flavors include: Double the Dough, Waffle Whirl, Salt Kissed, Cherry Dipped, Brookie Dough, Rocky Road, Strawberry Slice, Brownie Sundae, Milkhouse Vanilla, Blue Moo’n, Dreamsicle, or PB N’ Joy.
- If you will be participating in the ice cream factory tour portion of the prize, also include the date and time you would like to attend: August 27, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CT or August 28, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. CT.

If your prize claim request contains all required information, is timely received and you are verified as eligible, the prize will be loaded directly into the Coupons section under the Offers tab of your Kwik Rewards account. Failure to validly complete the prize claim process by 11:59 p.m. CT on July 15, 2026 will result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, invalid, un-delivered or misdirected prize claim requests. Potential winners should retain their winning Token/Card until they have received their prize.

Prizes:

Quantity, Description and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

24 Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive:
- Guided tour of Sponsor’s ice cream factory in La Crosse, Wisconsin for winner and 1 guest. Travel not included. Tour participants are required to sign liability waivers upon arrival. Tours are limited to 20 participants and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Available tour dates and times: Thursday, August 27 at 1:00 p.m. CT or Friday August 28, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. CT.
- Ice cream for a year, awarded as 100 coupons, each good for 1 pint of Heartland by Nature’s Touch brand ice cream, directly loaded into winner’s Kwik Rewards account. Coupons will expire August 31, 2027;
- 1 $500 Kwik Trip gift card, fulfilled by mail. Terms and conditions apply; after 12 months of non-use, a $2.00 monthly service fee will be deducted from the remaining balance of your card, except where prohibited by law; and
- 1 Heartland Ice Cream merchandise prize package consisting of: 1 sweatshirt; 1 ice cream pint hugger; and 1 ice cream scoop.
ARV: $1,000.

Total ARV:

The total ARV of all available prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $24,000.

Additional Prize Terms:

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided in the Sponsor’s sole discretion should the prize become unavailable. In this case, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. ARVs are determined as of the time these Official Rules were published and the value of a prize may fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. Where applicable, prize style, size and all other details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All other costs and expenses associated with acceptance of the prize that are not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Ice cream coupon portion of the prize will be deposited into your Kwik Rewards account within 1-2 weeks after eligibility verification. Remaining physical prizes will be awarded to winners at the ice cream factory tour; should winner not be able to attend an ice cream factory tour, the remaining prizes will be shipped by mail within approximately 8-10 weeks after August 28, 2026. Limit of 1 prize per household.

Release:

By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Merkle Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).

Publicity:

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent and grant to Sponsor and its agents to use the following information about the winner (to the extent provided by winner as part of the entry or winner confirmation process): winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, Sweepstakes entry, social handle and photo, voice, opinions and/or prize information for promotional advertising or other purposes, in any media without further notice, review, approval, payment or other consideration. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or content but may do so and may edit these materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. Sponsor will not use any of the above mentioned information in a manner that is inconsistent with its Privacy Policy or applicable law.

General Conditions:

Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Cancel:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), where any of the following “Issues” occur:

Fraud;
Technical failures;
Human error;
Any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes; or
Any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, widespread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) that interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

If terminated prior to the stated end date of the Promotion Period, all valid, non-suspect prize claims received as of the date/time of termination will be fulfilled in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor also reserves the right to modify the prizes offered.

Sponsor’s Right to Disqualify Entrants:

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to submitting fraudulent prize claims/Codes, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Sponsor’s Right to Limit Prizes Awarded to the Number Stated in these Official Rules:

In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules. In the event that more winner notifications are distributed or more prizes are claimed, due to a printing, production, seeding, computer, or other error of any kind, than the stated number of prizes, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes based on a random drawing from among all valid prize claims received.

Limitations of the Scope of Responsibility:

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

Any incorrect or inaccurate information either provided by entrants or caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;
Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, social media platforms, in phone lines or network hardware or software;
Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the entry or redemption process;
Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the processing of entries or redemption of Codes;
Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or delayed or misdirected prize claim emails;
Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or to the receipt, use, inability to use or misuse of any prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related activity.

Disputes:

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin or the appropriate Wisconsin State Court located in La Crosse County, Wisconsin;
The parties hereby waive their right to jury trial with respect to all claims and issues arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes whether sounding in contract or tort, including any claim for fraudulent inducement.
Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees.
Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Wisconsin.

Severability:

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. Remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. If any provision is determined to be overly broad, it will be limited and enforced to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Entrant’s Personal Information:

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Winner List:

An official winners list will be available at www.kwiktrip.com/sweepstakeswinners for a minimum of 30 days following all winner confirmations.
