Our Gift Card Program (known as Scrip) allows your non-profit organization to
purchase Kwik Trip Gift Cards at 5% off the face value. Your group then sells the
Scrip Gift Cards at face value and keeps the profit!
Scrip Gift Cards come in various denominations and can be used at the pumps or
for any in-store purchase. There is no minimum purchase required and all cards
are shipped via UPS at a cost of $8.60. Typically orders received by noon on a
given day will be shipped the same day.
If you are new to the program:
- Complete the Kwik Trip Credit Form and Authorization Agreement below.
- Provide proof that you are a non-profit organization (501C3 status).
- Fax this information to us at 608-781-7517 or email it to us at
scrip@kwiktrip.com
Once your information is received, your account will be set up within 1-3 business
days. At that time you will be contacted and given your user i.d. and password.
Then you can log onto www.kwiktrip.com, click on the "Kwik Shop" link and place your
orders.
Note that you will need to sign in with the provided username and password in
order to see the items available only to registered Scrip customers.
When placing orders, you will receive an email confirmation. In addition, once
your order is shipped you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking
information. Our online ordering system also allows you to place orders 24/7,
view past orders and add various shipping addresses (i.e. summer and winter address).
