Your trust in us is very important to Kwik Trip, Inc. With the world of technology comes cyberspace and this trust is even more important. Kwik Trip, Inc. places all efforts to make sure that this site is safe. These are our promises:

  • If Kwik Trip, Inc. supplies a contest or prize for a child under 13 the information we will ask for is an e-mail address. First we will collect a parent's permission offline (by postal mail, fax or phone) before we mail any prizes. We only collect this information so that we may send back the prize. This information is not kept or supplied to any third parties.
  • In order for Kwik Trip, Inc. to verify the age of a child the information we will ask for is a birthdate. This information will not be kept. This information will only be used to calculate child's age.
  • If you send us an e-mail with a question or comment, or enter one of our contests, we will write back using your e-mail address, but we will not keep the address or use it again.
  • No one will be excluded from our site for not giving us personal information. When we do ask for personal information (like an e-mail address), we will only keep it until that particular promotion is complete. We will not share this information with a third party.
  • If we know a visitor is under the age of thirteen, we will collect a parent's permission offline (by postal mail, fax or phone) before we mail any prizes, or collect or share personal information with anyone else.

Your family's use of this site is based upon having accepted these terms. Check this policy frequently, since it is subject to change from time to time, and your continued use of the site is conditioned upon your acceptance of any modifications hereto.
