How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe by clicking on the link in any of the e-mails you receive from us, or by going to the unsubscribe page from the Kwik Trip e-mail coupon program login page. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for the new settings to go into effect.
How long will I have to redeem a coupon/access the coupon?
Each coupon has an expiration date. Expired coupons will not be accepted by the stores. You will be able to access coupons only once. Coupons sent out as part of the monthly coupon campaigns will no longer be available for you to print at the end of the month, so please print them earlier in the month.
How many times can I redeem a coupon?
The coupon can only be redeemed once. Any attempts to make duplicate copies or commit another fraud will result in you being removed from the Kwik Trip e-mail Coupon Program.
How many times can I sign up?
Each individual can sign up only once.
How often will I receive a coupon?
You will receive a coupon at least once a month, sometimes more frequently based on your preferences. Individuals who agree to participate in online surveys will receive additional coupons as an added benefit.
What if I have problems accessing the coupon?

What will the coupons be for?
The type of coupon will vary based on the product preferences you indicate on the sign-up form and the promotions that we are running that month.
When will I receive my first e-mail/coupon?
You will receive your confirmation e-mail within 5 to 10 minutes of joining. After you click on the link in that e-mail to confirm your e-mail address you will receive your first coupon. After that you will receive at least one coupon per month (normally sent during the first week of each month).
Why does the link not work in my e-mail?
Security settings on your computer may prevent the link in your e-mail from properly loading the web page. Try to copy and paste the link directly into your Internet browser.
